Triple Threat - a scratch-built 3-stage rocket designed to fly on two N motors and one M motor in the sustainer. 26 ft tall, 4" minimum-diameter at each stage. 60 lbs without motors, and 120 lbs with motors. The upper two stages used CO2 for staging separation and chute deployment (drogue to main) recovery, with backup charges. The rocket used a total of 5 altimeters, 4 timers, 3 Beelines (including 1 Beeline GPS), and had packet-based telemetry from the sustainer to a HAM radio - staging separation & chute deployment status). 2009 motor configuration was: N4000 to N2000 to M650 (88% full O)
